SECNEP (School ECO Club Nature Education Program) is an integral part of the COCOON initiative, designed to inspire and educate the next generation about environmental conservation. This program aims to foster a love for nature and a sense of responsibility among students by integrating environmental education into school curricula. Through interactive workshops, hands-on activities, and field trips, SECNEP engages students in practical experiences that deepen their understanding of local ecosystems and biodiversity. The program encourages the formation of ECO clubs in schools, where students collaborate on projects, participate in citizen science initiatives, and advocate for sustainable practices within their communities. By empowering young minds to become active participants in conservation efforts, SECNEP cultivates a future generation of environmental stewards dedicated to preserving the natural world.
